First installed in the mezzanine of the Universität U-Bahn station in 1989, this exhibition space was initially an experiment. Now, the AkademieGalerie has become an established presentation venue that continually exhibits works by academy students. In over 300 individual or group projects, artistic positions in all media have been developed for this space. Changing curators select the concepts for it.
