The gallery was founded in 1971 by art historian Dr. Margret Biedermann. It focuses on paintings and sculptures of the 20th century. The program includes internationally renowned artists such as Eduardo Chillida, Mark Tobey, Chaim Goldberg, Piero Dorazio, Antoni Tàpies, and Pierre Alechinsky. In addition, the portfolio features younger artists from southern Germany who are of particular regional significance.
